In 2001, Kyona began her professional journey into health and wellness as the lead Massage Therapist and staff trainer at L'Ermitage Beverly Hills Spa, and simultaneously formed a private bodywork practice providing therapeutic services to exclusive clients including artists, executives and resorts.

Over the past 15 years, Kyona's craft has evolved to attune to a person's whole body, delivering exactly what is needed in the moment by combining her education and experience with Swedish and Sports Massage, Hatha Yoga Instruction, Private and Clinical Yoga Therapy, and Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle Counseling. This holistic approach promotes an opportunity to co-create a unique healing and balancing experience she refers to as kyTHERAPY.
